Art
In order to provide you with a quality confection, we require black and white camera-ready
artwork (slicks). We also accept high resolution digital artwork. Elements intended to be
“raised” should appear black on the artwork, conversely receding elements should appear
white. Please refrain from using “knocked out” (receding) type.

Timeline
The entire Custom Mould process takes 6-8 weeks from the time your order is placed until it is
ready to be shipped. Please allow extra time during our holiday season (Aug. – Dec.).

General Information

Set-Up Charge
A one time non-refundable charge of $275 is required when your order is place to enable us to
develop your own customized mould. Pricing per unit for your finished moulded milk chocolate
bars is listed below. Major credit cards accepted.

Extra Services
We will be happy to package your moulds for individual shipments for an additional charge of
$3 per mould plus shipping. Greeting cards supplied by you can also be inserted in drop
shipped packages for an additional $3 per mould.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order are additional to your set-up charge and cost per mould.
